I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The receptionist was friendly and helpful during check-in. The staff in the dining room were pleasant, especially the young lady at breakfast.
The room was a bit cramped with four beds (one double and three single).

The hotel is situated close to the promenade and shops, providing easy access to local attractions. It is convenient to sit on the verandah and watch the world go by, enjoying the vibrant atmosphere.

The elevator was out of service. I had to carry my bags up several flights of stairs. The room was rather small. It lacked adequate space for luggage. I also found the lighting to be quite dim. It made it difficult to read in the evenings.

the staff was very friendly, i appreciated that. my room had good facilities. breakfast had amazing variety, i enjoyed it. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
the lift only fits one person, and there's not much room for luggage.

wonderful seafront stay

i really enjoyed the seafront location it was amazing. the beds were so comfy and i slept wonderfully. breakfast was great i had sausages eggs hashbrowns bacon beans yogurts milk juices tea and coffee it was a feast.
the lift was quite small only fitting one person and it wasn't ideal for moving luggage.

the room had a lovely bow window facing the sea it was super. there were two chairs placed right by the window for maximum enjoyment of the view the room was spacious too.

free parking was available directly in front of the building it was so convenient. the hotel is located right by the beach and the mountain railway this is great. it is also a short walk to the town centre

the hotel staff were very kind and helpful they were always cheerful. the breakfast service was prompt and efficient it was lovely. i am sure i will return there more than once.
